Expedition Society Journal: Quarterly Print Magazine

Our goal is to produce a quarterly magazine.

The Expedition Society Journal is where our philosophy takes form in print. It’s a record of adventure, past and present, written for those who still believe the world is worth exploring.

Our mission is to preserve the honor of Western civilization and the culture that made it great: its curiosity about foreign lands, its courage in the face of danger, and its devotion to truth, knowledge, and craftsmanship.

The Journal is divided into several sections:

• Tales of Exploration — True and legendary accounts of discovery and endurance.
• Call to Adventure — Essays and reflections on courage, purpose, and the human spirit.
• The Outpost — Commentary on culture, politics, and the defense of the ideals of the West.
• Man vs. Leviathan — Investigations into the struggle between individual will and modern bureaucracy.
• The Frontier — New ideas, technologies, and expeditions shaping the future of exploration.

Our plan is to raise money to fund the print journal. We need funding to pay writers, acquire creative, design the layout, print it, and ship it.
